Grocery Delivery Driver for Homebound Older Adults

Bath Area Family YMCA

Starting January of 2025, we will be partnering with Midcoast Hunger Prevention to drive boxes of groceries to homebound older adults. there will be two routes in Brunswick with deliveries to each community happening every other week. The route will be on Thursdays from noon to 2pm. Volunteers will pick up the vehicle at the Bath Y, pick up food boxes at the MCHPP on the Landing and then proceed to deliver. Volunteers would need to be able to carry boxes weighing up to 35 pounds from the vehicle to doorsteps. Please reach out with any questions to Jenn Connnelie (veggievan@bathymca.org)!
